Donor Egg Fees
 

• Profile Viewing: no charge
   
• One hour phone/Skype Consultation: $100
   
• Agency Retainer: $500 non-refundable (due upon reservation of donor)

Agency will:
- Contact donor to begin coordination
- Transfer donor profile and applicable medical records to clinic
- Schedule Donor’s initial medical testing with Intended Parent(s)’ clinic
- Follow up with test results for Intended Parent(s)

• Coordination Fee: $5800 (due upon clinic approval of selected donor)

- Recruitment and advertising of qualified egg donors
- Management of egg donors and online database
- Assist with appointment scheduling for egg donor
- Psychological interview and MMPI/PAI testing
- Coordination of cycle with attorneys and clinic
- Travel coordination for donor and companion
- Transportation for donor to and from egg retrieval if needed (locally)
- Coordinate remote monitoring of cycle with out-of-state clinics
- Egg Donor Recipient Supplemental Medical/Accident/Life Insurance
- Insurance processing and approval
- Escrow Management
- Emergency on-call nurse for cycle
- Records management and archival
- Office and administrative expenses

• International Client Fee: $500
  - International exchange expenses incurred by agency
   
• Fertility Coaching - includes 3 sessions (Optional):  $229
   
• Legal Fees: $700-$1800
  - Drafting and execution of Intended Parent/Egg Donor Contract
  - Egg donor/Intended Parent legal counseling and advisement
   
• Donor Compensation: $5000-$10,000 (plus expenses)
  - AEM is a member of The American Society for Reproductive Medicine and adheres to all guidelines and recommendations.
  - Missed wages, travel expenses, communication expenses, gasoline and childcare are all reimbursable to donor outside of compensation.
   
• Clinical Fees: TBD
  - Any, and all, medical and pharmaceutical expenses incurred are the responsibility of the clinic selected by Intended Parent(s).
   
• Donor and Companion Travel Fees: $3000-$6000
  - Distance of travel will affect fees
  - Intended Parents are responsible for donor and companion airfare, all ground transportation, tips, parking, tolls, lodging, phone/Internet expenses, food per diem (varies by location) and remote monitoring fees.

AEM Refund Policy

In the event a donor is denied after initial day 3 testing by Intended Parent(s) clinic, all coordination fees will be transferred to a maximum of two additional donors, or refunded to Intended Parent(s) within 4-6 weeks, less a $1,000 non-refundable administrative fee.
