Egg Donor Requirements

Donors must:

• be between the age of 19 and 32
• be a non-smoker
• have no personal, or family, history of drug abuse
• have no personal, or family, history of alcoholism
• have no personal, or family, history of depression
• have an acceptable health history
• have not gotten new tattoos or piercings in the last 12 months
• be within 40 lbs of their "ideal" weight to ensure donor health and good egg quality

If you have had children in the past, this is helpful but not a requirement. This sometimes will reassure the prospective parents of your proven fertility.

We only allow up to 6 donations total whether it be at our agency or elsewhere. Please be honest regarding this specification.
