Coverage Inclusions

• $250,000 accidental health insurance for the donor and prospective mother.
• $100,000 life insurance policy
• $100,000 paralysis coverage.
• $25,000 of accidental death if either the donor or prospective mother has an accidental death while traveling to or from a covered activity.
• Weekly Accident Indemnity Benefit, which provides 66 2/3% of weekly earnings to a maximum of $300 per week if, as a result of complication, the donor or prospective mother is rendered disabled. The benefits begin after one day of total disability and will continue for a maximum of 52 weeks.

Coverage begins upon commencement of first injectable medication to the donor and will stay into effect up to 90 days post-retrieval.
