Donor Medical Screening and Monitoring Costs
 

Medical Screening

Fees:  $1,050-$3,000  (range will vary at each fertility clinic)

• These fees may not apply if your donor's screenings are up to date and up to your fertility clinic's standards. Most clinics will allow up to one year on some tests, most only 6 months before they require repeat testing.

Ultrasound and Blood work Monitoring

Fees:  $2,500-$5,000 (range will vary at each fertility clinic)

• This fee will vary depending on how many monitoring sessions your donor needs. An average stimulation cycle is 10 days; younger donors could stim for only 6 days.
• Some clinics will allow monitoring to be done close to the donor's home to minimize travel expenses; other clinics make it mandatory to have all monitoring done with them.
