I just wanted to personally thank you for all that you've done for us over the past several months. It may seem funny but for a while you were one of the only sources of support for me around the pregnancy---since we didn't share the news with anyone for a long time.

We had had some bad experiences with a couple of other donor agencies before we found you and were just about ready to give up on the whole process. You came along at the right time and from the beginning you instilled hope in us that maybe not everyone in your industry is all about making money. We could tell your heart was in the work you do and that you cared about your donors and intended parents. That felt incredibly reassuring to us.

Please let our donor know that we are incredibly grateful to her. She offered us hope during a desperate time and for that we will always be thankful. We thought highly of her and appreciated how easy she made it for us to work with her.
