Expenses for Donor Travel

Your donor is to be compensated for the following:

• Missed wages (proof is required)
• Child care expenses (proof is required)
• Airfare for donor and travel companion *
• Hotel
• All forms of ground transportation
• Food per diem
• Parking fees at monitoring clinic
• Tips, tolls and airport parking
• Reimbursements on medications (birth control pills, pain meds, etc.)
• Faxing, copies, mailings, etc.

Note:   Fees will vary from state to state and AEM will do our best to accommodate the needs of the donor while trying to maintain lower costs for the prospective parents.
 

*	If a donor is traveling from out of state, travel costs can be an additional $3000-$6000 depending on the donor's location.
