  • Commitment: Have a flexible schedule to accommodate approximately 10–15 medical appointments, which may include travel and overnight stays if the cycle is out of state.
  • Communication: Be prepared for daily communication with the agency during the donation process.
  • Tattoos and Piercings: Avoid new tattoos or piercings, as they can delay eligibility for up to 12 months.
