Agency Fee

• Schedule donor’s initial medical & psychological testing with Intended Parent(s)’ clinic. Follow-up for donor test results.
• Coordination of travel and cycle needs.
• Legal contract initiation & management.

Fee is non-refundable, re- matching services offered for 12 months from execution of contract

Escrow Fee

• AEM will assist with establishing the third-party escrow account with SeedTrust (or your preferred, reputable escrow holder).
• AEM promptly handles all reimbursements through your third-party escrow account.
• Travel breakdowns provided as necessary.

Fee is paid to AEM and SeedTrust escrow
