Second GC Referral Installment
Earn $100.00 when your referral is matched and approved by her Intended Parent’s clinic!
Third GC Referral Installment
Earn $1,000.00 for your first referral! Half is paid once all agency documents are signed and escrow is funded. The remaining half is then paid after the legal contract (GCA) is fully executed.
Additional Referral Installment
After your first referral you will earn $3,000.00 for each additional referral thereafter! Half is paid once all agency documents are signed and escrow is funded. The remaining half is then paid after the legal contract (GCA) is fully executed.
Referral bonuses may be subject to federal, state, and local taxes, including Social Security and Medicare taxes; a 1099 will be issued for bonuses received. AEM’s official GC referral program began November 2024, and referrals made prior to this date are not eligible under this fee structure. The referral program applies only to your referral’s first journey. Stipends are generally payable within 1–2 weeks of the applicable triggering event, subject to standard processing timelines.
