The DCPA requires agencies to maintain detailed records, cap the number of families per donor, and give donor-conceived individuals the right to access identifying information about their donor at age 18 — or earlier, if mutually agreed. These guidelines actively support long-term well-being, protect identity rights, and empower informed decision-making for everyone involved.
