The Law Office of John J. Husson is a sole practitioner civil practice firm. The firm specializes in family law with a subspecialty in assisted reproduction law (known also as infertility law). This subspecialty is well developed with more than six years of experience and having handled more than 300 egg donation contracts, surrogacy agreements, embryo donation agreements, parentage actions and other related matters.
The practice of Grob & Eirich, LLC is devoted to helping build healthy families and healthy homes for children through adoption and assisted reproduction. They take great joy and satisfaction in assisting individuals and couples who want to build their families. They have handled over 400 assisted reproduction cases, representing prospective parents, gestational carriers, surrogates, egg donors and egg donation agencies.
Judith Hoechst’s law practice is devoted to reproductive law. A former medical malpractice attorney, she changed the focus of her law practice to assisted reproductive technology (ART) law after a gestational surrogate carried her son in 2004. Experienced in drafting and reviewing surrogacy contracts, egg/sperm/embryo donation contracts, obtaining parentage orders, and acting as liaison between intended parents and birth hospitals, she works diligently with her clients so that the legal process of each ART journey is completed with confidence. Judith has been admitted to the State Bars of Ohio, New Mexico and Colorado.
As a private practitioner, I have close working relationships with fertility clinics, family medicine doctors, and ob-gyn practices in the Denver area. Since 2003, I have provided psychological consultations for clients interested in using third party reproductive assistance and I have extensive experience screening donors and gestational carriers. For many of my clients, I have provided continuity of psychological care from pre-conception, pregnancy, birth to parenthood- including providing support and guidance for families created through donor conception.
